The purpose of the GFKC website is to share information, join/renew membership, event registration and contact us for questions. We utilize several different embedded web forms (e.g., event registration, membership join/renew, contact-us) created on third platforms, all of which collect personal data from our visitors. Square is used for customers to pay for membership or event registration and collects personal data such as the payor name, email address and transaction id. Each app or platform have their own privacy policies and do not share our information. If you make a transaction through Square and believe that there has been an error or you are entitled to a refund, email us through the website, GFKC.org.
We collect some information automatically from visitors to the site through the use of “cookies.” Cookies are set not to record a visitor’s personal details. What we do with the personal information collected
When site visitors fill out a contact us, membership join/renewal and/or event registration form on our website, the information is maintained within the app that is used. The master membership list is maintained by the Membership Chairperson.
The data collected for clinics is used for that purpose only and shared with the appropriate event chairpersons.
